The Plan Library is where all of Homebound's plans live. These plans can be used to generate Takeoffs which can then be used to generate a Design Package and a Product Offering. This library is based on unique sets of architectural plans used by Homebound. Here is how to create a new Plan by going through the stepper:
Name the Plan and Select Type and Code
In the Plans Library simply click "Create" at the top right and go through the steps. The first thing is to name the Plan, choose the Product Types to which plan can be applied, choose the Market(s) where the plans will be used and provide a Plan Code. Fields with a "*" are required fields. Also a rendering of the home can be uploaded as the Plan Cover Photo
Add Elevation
Once you click Continue you can add an elevation such as "Coastal Contemporary" or "Modern Farmhouse" and mark it as the base elevation if necessary. Here you able to add multiple "Elevations" that might be added to the plan and a cover photo can be added for each plan.
Choose Options
Choose the options to be included in the plan. These options will be Options that have been created in the Global Options Library. To add the options simply check the box to the left of the option and choose which "plan location" it will impact then click "Continue"
Configure Options
Configuring the options is a way to add any conflicts that an option might have. For example the Cream Scheme is not available in the Transitional Elevation.
Program Data
This is an opportunity to add Data about the home such as the number of stories, bedrooms, baths etc.
Option Details
Here is an opportunity to add square footage and other details about each option. These details are not required to save and/or publish the plans
