Entering Program Data in BP

Entering Program Data  

1. First, navigate to a development's Plan & Options Tab. 

2. If no Readyplan exists, press create ReadyPlan at the top right. If a Readyplan already exists, click into the existing plan. 

3. If you're in a new Readyplan, begin to enter plan details. If you're in an existing Readyplan, press "edit options" in the top right to begin adding plan details. 

4. After all base plan details are entered, click continue to select exterior elevations, enter plan square footages, and establish minimum lot requirements. 

5. Click continue to add any relevant options. If options are already selected, press continue to enter in option details. All base plan details and exterior data points can be altered with deltas in this page. 

6. When you've completed entering program data, press Save & Exit.

By building Blueprint as the source of truth for program data, cross-team efficiencies can be established. From Underwriting utilizing the data to power better lot acquisition projections to removing the manual lift from the pre-construction team to manually maintain plan based data points on projects, program data is already benefitting numerous workflows. With the eventual goal for Blueprint to power our Checkout and Property Inventory experience, program data is an essential first input to ensuring data accuracy and confidence for the initiative.
