Sync between the Pre-Con Schedule and Construction Schedule

Currently the Pre-Con Milestone "Pre-Mobilization Complete: Ready to Start/Mobilization Checklist Complete" is synced with the Global Milestone in the Construction Schedule "Mobilization Start: Acceptance of RTS"

The Sync will be broken if:

• The Construction Milestone is moved to a later date manually
• A Construction Schedule is made Active
• The Pre-Con Milestone is given a Status of Complete
• The Construction Schedule is made active (Only on a BOOL project)

Note: When the dates on the two milestones become out of sync an error message will appear that reads, "Pre-Con and Construction Ready To Start milestones are un-synced. Move the pre-con RTS to the same or later date as the construction RTS to re-sync."
