What are the Stages in Blueprint?
- Development: The development stage is used primarily for BOOL projects to indicate all the work around acquiring the project lot.
- Planning: The planning stage accounts for all work that occurs before the signing of a pre-construction agreement or decision to start lot work. Planning tasks can range from homeowner meetings, if a homeowner is already active on the project, to filling out pre-construction intake forms.
- Pre-Construction: Pre-construction work encompasses all the work that is required for a lot before construction can begin including surveys, permitting, and demolition, where applicable.
- Construction: After all pre-construction work is complete, construction can begin on the lot. This is the last active stage of a project in Blueprint and will cover all work until homeowner handoff.
