Who are Team Members?
Team Members are any internal employees who are assigned to a role on a specific project. Some examples of roles that may be assigned as a team member on a project are Pre-Con Project Manager, Construction Manager, or the Homebound Authorized Signatory.

Why assign Team Members?
It is important that we assign as many team members as possible when a project is created so that internal and external stakeholders have a clear picture of who they will be working with on a project.
Other reasons to assign Team Members include:
Internal collaboration
- Assigning team members allows Homebounders to know who the point of contact is for each project by role.
Signing for trade commitments
- The Homebound Authorized Signatory, Project Manager, and Estimating Lead associated to the project must be assigned in the Team Members tab for Blueprint's e-signature integration to function.
Receiving trade commitment notifications by email
The following team members get email notifications when a purchase order, Pandadoc or otherwise, is sent out to a trade.
- Individual Commitment
- HB Authorized Signatory
- Con Ops or Pre Con PM depending on stage
- Estimating Lead
- Finance Team
- TP Primary
- Individual Commitment Change Order

Trade partner bills and homeowner invoices approval reminders
- For bills/invoices in pre-con, the Pre-con Project Manager and Head of Pre-con are notified by email for approval.
- For bills/invoices in construction, the Head of Construction and Project Manager are notified by email for approval.
- Only the person(s) who are pending approval will be notified.
Team roster in the homeowner platform (HOP)
- Once team members are assigned, homeowners can see their team roster in the homeowner platform (HOP).
- Selections in HOP - When making selections in HOP, homeowners will be able to see who their Designer is based on team member assignments and message them directly from HOP. The designated Designer can respond to those comments in the selections screen in Blueprint.
- Invoices - Invoice notifications are sent to the homeowner and internal team members with the designation of Legal.
- Schedule assignee - Schedule tasks often have a default team member who is assigned to each task.
✎ Note: if a team member does not appear in the team members directory, they should follow these instructions to log in to Blueprint for the first time: How to Log In to Blueprint?

Where to locate the Team Members screen
To locate team members assigned to an individual project, first navigate to "Settings" on the left-hand side Project Navigation Bar and then click the "Team Members" tab at the top of the page.
You can add or change team member assignments using the drop down boxes next to the roles.
You can also assign team members at the development level (see image below for navigation). This feature currently works to assign team members based on these development level selections when a project is initially added to the development. Changes made thereafter will not filter down to the project level - they would need to be made on the project-specific Team Members page shown above.
