There are two ways to apply a Development or "ReadyPlan Template" to a Project. 

1. Through "Lot Configuration" on Lot Sequence Sheets - If the ReadyPlan Template is published and a Lot is Configured  then the scope will be pushed into Specs & Selections at the Project Level. ✐ Note: You will see a yellow chip next to the project that reads "Updated" if scope has been pushed into the project. 
2. A ReadyPlan can be applied to a Project from within "Templates" at the Development Level. The user will be prompted to re-apply the Template anytime a new version of the ReadyPlan template is created. ✐ Note: You won't be able to apply a template to a lot if is has not first been "configurated"

Step 1:

In a ReadyPlan Template if you click "Apply to Projects" or publish a new version of the template you will come to an experience where you can review the latest changes to a template. 

Step 2:

If you then click continue you can select from a list of projects on which to apply the ReadyPlan template.

✐ Note: Projects won't appear on this list if they are not configured or if the already have the latest version of the template applied. 

Once you click apply this will automatically push scope to the project. 

✐ Note: If Specs & Selections are still "In Progress" then the scope updates will simply be applied but if The Original or UW Budget is already created then a Change Event will automatically generated.

Applying the "Latest Version" vs. "All Versions" of a ReadyPlan Template

If you choose to only apply the "Latest Version" of a template then only line items or "item codes" that have changed will be applied. If you apply "All Versions" then all scope will be overwritten with "item codes" in the ReadyPlan template.
