Impersonating a Trade Partner in the Portal

Access

To access the trade portal navigate to trade.homebound.com/login. You can login using your Homebound email address but someone from Product will have to add you first. Before logging in for the first time reach out product-support@homebound.com or use the ? at the top right of Blueprint.

Note: In Production you have "Read Only" access. You may want to impersonate a Trade in QA in order to take action on scheduling and approving items without impacting real  data

The QA Trade Portal is linked at trade.qa-homebound.com/login and you can also access the Development environment trade.dev-homebound.com/login

Impersonating a Trade

In order to impersonate a Trade use the bright blue button at the top right of the Trade Portal. You can either choose the "Trade Partner" by company came or "Trade User". Start by selecting the Trade Partner Company(s) then you can select a Contact Name using the drop down on the right or simply search for a "Trade User" without
