Discovering Trade Partner Contact Fields
Details
Details build the baseline information for each trade partner. The information fields most pertinent to additional work in and outside of Blueprint are the company name, onboarding status, market (at least one must be selected for use on Pandadoc POs), Lien Waiver Requirements and an Intaact Vendor ID.
The detail fields match from when a trade is originally generated and when it is further/future edited in the screen visible below.
Note: If the Lien Waiver Required button is checked then a trade will be sent Lien Waivers to sign prior to bill payment and/or after the bill is paid.
Contacts
Contacts are the names of specific individuals that work for the Trade Partner. The unique identifier for a "Trade Partner Contact" is their email address. The contacts can be given access to the trade portal, assigned to a role as well as to a market
A Contract can also be assigned to a "role". By toggling on Contract and PO Signatory you can assign the Contact to be Contract Signatory or PO Signatory.

Reviews
Creating a review for a trade partner will help Homebound decide if we should use the trade partner again and keeps track of their performance. Trade partner reviews are based on a 0-5 score range and can be further specified by the project the work was completed on, who submitted the review, if you'd overall recommend the trade, and any additional notes.
Commitments
This screen aggregates all initiated commitments with the trade partner across projects and markets at Homebound. This list is grouped by project, commitment status, or development and filterable based on the date range or committed cost code(s). From this screen, you can navigate to any commitment through its hyperlinked PO number.
Development Contracts
If the trade partner has any confirmed development contracts, plan-based pricing confirmations, they will appear in this screen. Additional information about the development contracts like its effective dates, version number, cost codes, and status will appear as well. To navigate to the development contract, click anywhere within the development contract row.
For trades with numerous development contracts, you can filter by preference (primary or secondary trade in the development) and status. The search bar will also read for any details on the screen including development name, cost codes, and effective dates.
