Mobile Contacts

You can now view all contacts related to a project and/or your projects directly in the app. You will also be able to directly call or text them from our Mobile Field App. 

Note: A Trade Partner is a company ("Austin Contractor Services" for example) A Trade Partner Contact is a specific person at that company.

Contacts from a Project

In the Field App navigate to a project and scroll down (by thumbing up) to the Contacts Section. Your starred or favorited "Trade Partners" will show up first and then Trade Partners will be listed alphabetically. Go into Contacts and you will see the list of "Trade Partners". Here if you thumb down the search field will appear and you can search by Trade Partner Name or Trade Partner Contact name.

Contacts across all of your Projects

You can also navigate to see a list of Trade Partners across all of your projects. Just navigate to the Menu at the bottom right of your screen and then to "Contacts". Here all "Trade Partners" that have a PO associated with one of your projects will be listed alphabetically. You can click into the "Trade Partner" to see the individual contacts. 

Texting, Email or Calling a Contact

You can tap on any phone # to call a Trade Partner contact or an email address to send that person an email. You can also use the icons on the Contact and if there is a mobile number the text message and phone call icons will appear in addition to the email 

Star (Favorite) a Trade Partner

Tapping on the star at the top right of a Trade Partner record will cause that Trade to show at the top of the list in the Contacts section of a project.

Add a new Trade Partner Contact

After tapping into a Trade Partner you can tap + Add New Contact. Make sure to enter a first and last name and ensure the email is correct. 

Note: You will need to use the Trade Partner page in Blueprint to give that contact access to our Trade Portal or assign them to a role such as PO Signer
