Starting a Site Visit

You will see a list of tasks that are current on this project. Do the following to quickly update the schedule.

You can add photos, text, or a combination of both, The AI will analyze the uploaded photo!
The expectation is to take a note on each project, each working day
Notes pre process and save - you can save a note and leave the page before analyzing without losing any progress

Note: Use the Microphone on your Keyboard to take notes by voice

Smart Actions are suggested based on the content of your notes
Smart Actions are listed in orange on the note it originated from
Smart Actions include:
- Task status updates
- Schedule date changes to start date or duration
- Creating or updating punchlist items
- Creating or updating to-do items

Smart Actions are our first attempt at creating a labeled AI data set, the largest in the industry to date, which will drive future use of AI across Blueprint
Every day, the AI squad evaluates the smart actions that were edited or removed to tweak the AI service and improve future accuracy
If a suggested Smart Action makes sense and is correct, approve it
If a suggested Smart Action is partially correct, edit it to be correct and approve it
If a suggested Smart Action is incorrect, remove it

Notes and actions will be summarized into a single job log summary at the end of the site visit
You can edit the job log summary by clicking “Fix” and then saving before you submit

Click the orange sparkle icon to engage with the chatbot
You can ask the chatbot any questions about information on the project that can be found in Blueprint

Note: the chatbot cannot yet extract information from documents
